Keep main entrance door locked at all times.

Guard your key, without loaning it out to anyone.

Be aware of and confront strangers on the premises – if you’re not sure who someone is -or why they’re in, ask them!

If you see anything suspicious, let us know urgently.

If someone buzzes your intercom only let the person in to the building if you are sure you know who he or she is.

If your house / room is on ground level or easily accessible, always make sure your windows are shut before you go out.
 
Always lock your room, keep your key with you at all times, and never pass it to anyone else.

If you go away for more than 2 weeks please let us know so we can keep an eye on your property, however we will not be responsible of your belongings.

When answering the door to someone you don't know, put the chain on and ask the caller for his or her identity.
