BeeLiving Student Accommodation: History & track record
Since 1999 we have been the leading provider of quality affordable student accommodation in Nottingham. Our focus on offering true quality and value for money has placed us head and shoulders above our competitors. In this short period we have amassed a competitive portfolio of over 60 properties with room for over 200 students. We are a small flexible organisation that delivers accommodation of the highest quality and our success has been built on our uncompromising attention to the needs of our tenants.
We have purchased and upgraded several character Victorian houses, renovated an old lace-mill into gallery apartments housing 45 tenants, and also designed and built our own houses. We aim to have something for everyone!
Our proximity to the Nottingham Trent University means that most of our tenants study there; but we are also within easy reach of the University of Nottingham and the Medical School at the QMC.

Accommodation is available in Radford, Hyson Green, Forest Fields, The Arboretum, Canning Circus and Mapperley.
- Maintenance: We provide an excellent in-house maintenance team for all your problems, and a 24-hour emergency callout if needed. We prioritise requests to resolve your issues as fast as we can.
- Price: We are a private landlord so there is no agency. We offer competitive prices to suit all budgets – and inclusive utility bills to make your life easier.
- Design: All properties are upgraded, designed and maintained by BeeLiving, with the needs of a student in mind. Modern furniture, stylish designs – we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.
